Hi Folks, it's me Bill,
It's a new year already! I have not updated this page since last year! The Wee Forest Folks have creatied a new web page. It is so well done that I thought we should just link to it. To order - you can still email me (Bill.montague@verizon.net) or call me (978-287-4800) as their page is for information only! Here is the link to Wee Forest Folk. Don't forget to come back to me at Concordmousetrap.com If you are having trouble - just give me a call at - 978-278-4800
P.S. I just wanted to let you know I have reprinted my "Montague's Wee Forest Folk Collectors Album" that I published in 1988. It was the first documentation ever done where all the early history up to 1988 was gathered together in one book with black and white photos of every piece we could find with the help of the Petersen family. I took 3 years to complete! My reprint sells for $145. includes shipping. It is spiral bound so it opens flat.
I already mentioned my Price Guide below - for the secondary market! It is 24 pages and sells for $175. It is personalized! I print them on demand and put the person's name on the Cover and each page. So it makes a nice present where one can check off the ones they have and add them up to find out what their collection is worth. Insurance companies will accept these prices as I have been buying and selling Wee Forest Folk longer than any other dealer in the nation - (35) thirty five years!
Please note all the miss-spellings are all mine own mistakes. No one to blame but myself. When I was younger and made spelling mistakes it use to bother me! Now I just blame it on Old Age! That excuse works very well. You older folks should try it.
Remember when you get over 100 every one forgives you for almost anything. Can you imagine getting a speeding ticket when you reach 100. When you get to court - you can say to the judg- "rember judge all the driving experinece I have now that I reached 100" "I started driving when I was 16, that means I have been driving for 84 years!"
"Judge I have been driving longer than you have been alive on earth. So give me some SLACK!"
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, it's me Bill,
I have some EXCITING NEWS! Our Local Boston T.V. Channel (5) has done a program all about - our local Hero - Annette Petersen, her wonderful family, and all their extremely tallented family of workers! -- It is a short program about the Wee Forest Folk creations!
They took some shots of my display of Wee Forest Folk, also close up shots of about 35 of them. They created a geat program. If you have never been to the "Factory" in Carlisle, Mass., then this program will give you a good I idea of how they are made - and who makes them. From the clay sculpture to molds - air brushing and the skillful painters who do - (what looks impossible to me) the extra fine detail painting. It is a live interview with Annette! I was impressed with her short interview. She comes through just the way she is!
Link on to Channel (5) web site and you will be able to view the program from all over the nation! Channel 5 Link.
Oh I almost forgot in all the excitment - we have photos of all the new 2011 Christmas pieces on our site. (19) in all this year! They are very popular - to say the very least!
By the way after taking all those close up photos of each piece with all the different views - I noticed that Annettes's M-405a A Candlelight Weclome (from her M-405 one last year) is just the cutest piece of all! She is so CUTE at every angle! Let me know what you think!
Also Donna's VW Car M-454a Honk for Christmas is just great! This little mouse is so proud of herself in her new decorated little car. How do you make a little mouse look Proud? Well Donna has done it!
However the most popular of them all is Willy's Santa Lucia M-448. I ran out and so has the factory! But I have some back in stock today.
A hearty congratulations to them all! This is one family that can only be described as pure GENIUS! Can you for one moment stop and think that with only a block of clay to start with - create such wonderful figures - and to boot they just keep getting better with each and every one of them.
A very large part of the Wee Forest Folk success over the years is the large family of employees who's skill is almost beyond belief. The care of detail is so important to the end product! I do not know any collectible out there that can compete with Wee Forest Folk.
I have fnished my Price Guide for the secondary market. It is $175. The last one I did was 20 years ago July, 10, 1991. There were 217 pieces - today it's about 950. I will post some photos so you can see what it looks like, it's 24 pages. I print them on demand! Each one will have your name on the cover and every page.
I am consiering re-printing the Collector's Album we did back in 1988. I have had several requests for a re-print. Many of you have a copy. It was a limited editon of only 300 black and white copies. I will let you know if and when I can get it done and have it available. Of couse it will be next year - that's only around the corner.
Thats about all the news from Downtown Concord today!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, it's me Bill, I had some visitors last Fridy about 2:00 p.m. Many of you know these folks! Barbara Baldwin and her "Mermaid daughter" Hanah! Then driving them all over hell and beyond was Gigi and Hal Westaway. They wanted me to put their photos on the Weekly Squeak - so Lyle put them on for you all! Just click on the link. Here they are - then click the small arrows at the bottom of each page to see another photo:Visitors on October 7, 2011
Now Hal. is the guy with his big mouth open! Then Gigi is the good looking Blond with the Killer Smile. Next the beautiful golden hair lady with the glasses who is saying something to me that I cannot repeat. Well - she said I am not leving my daughter here alone with you - so don't ask! Last but not least is a Beauty Beyond Words, - Hanah - who tells me she is only 15! She's the best looking of the bunch - no question about that.
Barbara would not let Hanah out of her sight. Then here is the four of them out under my awning just to let you know they were here in Concord, Massachusetts - Home of the Wee Forest Folk. I belive Barbara and her daught were flying back to Florida today or Tuesday.
Well that's all the news fit to print from Concord.
P.S. the weather is still Hot! it's 82 right now in Downtown Concord, with bright sun. Summer just will not give up this year!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, it's me Bill, Well we are just getting into a beautiful Fall Season, starting with today! It's partly sunny with a temperature of 55 this moring.
We will have photos of the latest (5) five new Halloween Wee Forest Folk on in a day or two! I have shipped out all my orders of them, so your order will arriving at your door soon.
We are working on our Price Guide for the WFF. As soon as we get it done I will make the announcment here! We will have come up with a price by then also. Looks like it will be a lot of pages by the time we increase the typs size so you will be able to read it. It may be 40 pages or a little more as it will require some other information about the history of the Wee Forest Folk, for not everyone one is familar with this most unusual collectible. I have quite a few new collectors who are hungry for any information they can get, as you can well imagine.
Thinking about that, I might as well do a short story on my experiene with the Petersen Family, since I have been selling Wee Forest Folk since May 1977 when I first met Annette, Donna and Willy. A remarkable family to say the very least!
I will ask Annette if I can take a photo of the three of them together and include it! Annette never was one for publicity as you know. From my point of view, this only adds to the interest of her and her family's story! She is still sculpting at 92, so perhaps she has changed her mind!
We all can use a little mind change evey now and them! I know I do! How about you?
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
Lyle had just put up (4) four of the new Halloween Pieces. Take a look! Just go to our Home Page and right under the Weekly Squek click on Halloween.
I missspelled Frankenmouster - but I have corrected it and took new photos this moring. So in a while, when he as time - Lyle will swap them over. Funny thing I checked that spelling several times and I looked correct to me. Then when Lyle went to put the photos on - he said you know you misspelled M-440! I looked once more and did not see a thing wrong with it. Then I called him - and showed me my error!
You know folks - getting old takes getting use to! But it's still fun! Don't you agree? I mean after all it sure beats the alternative by a long shot! Then you can use "Getting-Old" as an excuse for almost anything. I mean when I was young and made a error - I thought of myself as Suupid! Now it's just getting OLD!
Finally we are enjoying nice Fall weather here in Concord. It's been a long hot summer, as most of you will agree. The hight of it all was 103 degrees here in Concord. That's a new record at least for me in the past 35 years that I have been here. This morning its 75 with the humidity at 53 percent and bright sun and no wind. I hope the weather where you are is getting better!
I have engaged a young lady to work on my Price Guide for the WFF. As soon as we can get it done I will make the announcment here! We will have come up with a price by then also.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
Lyle had just put up the last (2) two of the Summer Releases. Take a look! They are A-9 Bird Bath by Willy $152.00 And Birdhouse $114.00 also by Willy. These are what they call excessorie pieces. Hence the A-9 and A-10 numbers. I have shipped them already to those of you who had ordered them earlier. Thank for your orders!
Well we did not get any damage from the hurricane. We only had adverage wind speed of 8 to 10 MPH. Maximum wind peek of 15 MPH. We had 3 - 1/2 inches of rain. The storm went West of us up into upstate N.Y and Vermont and New Hampshire. As you must have heard they had hevy rain fall and lots of floodin.
Well that's all the news fit to print from here in DonwnTown Concord!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
P.S. This is my mother's Birthday! If she was still with us she would be the ripe old age of 112.
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
Secondary Market Price Guide!
I am wondering how many of you would be interested in a Secondary Market Price Guide? I would print it up and mail it to you.
I get calls from collectors who would like to know what their collection is worth! Years ago I did a price guide that collectors would use to appraised their collection for insurance. I stopped when Barbara Peek produced her great book "The Mouse collector" in 2000. She provied a price guide in her book. She stopped for personal reasons. 2003 was her last publication. She sold them exclusively by The Concord Mousetap $49.95.
First you will need to identify each one of your pieces, by Item number. If you have a copy of Barbara's Guide that would be helpfull. Otherwise you can find the item number on line at the Wee Forest Folk Collector's Club: http://www.weeforestfolkclub.org "Master List" that many of you know about. This free listing is a wonderful service that the Club provides. Jeff Lee is the List Master - he is great at keeping it up to date!
I would provide you with a printed and dated List, of what I would consider the fair market value at the time I make up the Price Guide.
Your insurance company will need information from a reputable dealer. I have been selling the Wee Forest Folk (34) thirty four years. They have always accepted my prices as "Fair Market Price." So you should have no problem with your insurance. Also, if you want to sell your collection you will have an idea of what each piece is worth today! The prices have gone up and now down with the economy! Well any way! Please let me know if this would be of interest to you. You can call me at 978-287-4800 or send me an Email at - Bill.montague@verizon.net.
I will need at least 30 people to make it worth while, as I will need to hire someone to help with this project.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague

The weather is finally getting great, after that Hot Spell we have been having for the past two weeks. I know many of you have been suffering with the heat this Summer also. This has been a very unsusal year so far as our weather is concerned. It's a good thing we have not learned to control the weather - kowing us - we would have made it a lot worse.
Oh - by the way - I have mailed out the 2011 catalog to most of you by now. Some of you may have received two. If you did not get one and would like one just call me and I will put one in the mail to you! Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
If you notice each artist, Annette, Donna and Willy influences each other's work. So when one is creating a new figure, that artist has two others that influence them! It is not like one artist working alone. All other collectibles on the market are done by one artist, that one person's work is all pretty much the same. But with the Wee Forest Folk you have three artists working individually and each one has the welcomed influence of the other two. You can see over the years Wee Forest Folk have such a variety of subject matter like no other collectible on the market. I have never come across a line of collectibles where more than one artist was involved. You might see - say a husband and wife for instance. But never three skillfull sculptors all involved in one collectible line!
I plan to write a small article about the Petersen Family - in my opinion - what has made them so succesful! I have known the Petersen's since way back in 1977 - with the "New Math" that's 34 years. That experience of knowing the family personally, has given me insights, like few others have, for I see them almost every week. When I get it finished I will let you know here on our News Letter.
Yes we will also get the photos of the 4th of July pieces on soon. Sorry it's taken me so long! I usually get them on a lot sooner. But with the factory Emails and web site now - there is not the urgency that I once had because I was the first one to get photos on for you to see and know about. Not so today!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
I have shipped out all the new 4th of July (4) new pieces. So if you were on my early order list - look for the "Big Brown Truck" coming to your address. I have take all the photos of the (4) of them and we should have them up on our web site in a few days. Depending on Lyle's time to get the job done. I have to edite each photo before I load it on our server - so that will take me a few hours to get that done. So if all goes well we -- may - I say May have them up by this weekend.
The factory is about to order new boxes and asked Retailers for some input. I gave them a long letter with my two cents worth. So look for some new boxes in the near future from the factory.
Do any of you have any input as to the boxes that they have been making over the years? If so I can pass them along.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
As most of you know - there are (4) four new Easter pieces that were introduced on Thurdsay April 28th. You can find them on their News Letter - also you may have been notified by Email if you are on their Mailing List.
At any rate - I have not seen any of them but I have been taking orders since Thursday. If you would like to join my order list - just give me a call at 978-287-4800 or send me an Eamil at: Bill.montague@verizon.net and I will add you on my list.
Three are Limited Editon. The car is hard to get. I only was able to get (5) the last time. Dealers can only get what they orderd for the last Car M-270s3 etc. So my lsit for my (5) cars is alread filled. As you must know by now the cars were all limited to a total of 500. The frist ones went in two days, if you can belive that! That's why I was only able to get (5) I only orderd (5) at first. They all sold the first day. Then when I went to order more the next day, they told me they were Sold Out!
I am always surprised by Wee Forest Folk Collectors even though I have been selling to you all since 1977. That's 34 years by my count. You would not belive some of the stories I could tell about what some of you collectors have done over the years! I hardly belive some of those stories myslef, so I know many of you would not believe them either.
I am thinking about writing a book on the Petersen Family Business. It will be from my point of view of course - that's the only one I have! I finally think I have figured out how and why they - above all other collectible in the nation have been so succeful!
Well when I get started on it I will let you know! But in the mean time - I will try to up date this Weekly Squeek more often. As now it might as well be called the Monthly Squeek!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,

Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
There will be some new Easter pieces coming out soon. The factory could not give me a firm date. Also there will not be any new St. Patricks Day pieces this year.
That's about all the news fit to print here in downtown Concord. The factory will up date their News Page when they come out with the new ones so you will see them the same time I do. Of course it will take them time to get them into production. The don't like to give me pieces to put on my web site until they get into production, because they may make some minor changes when they get into producion. This has caused some problems in the past - so they want to avoid any such problems. That's why the hold back in giving me pieces to photograph and put on out web site.
We had a real winter this year with lots of snow storms, all the Skiers are happy as well as those with snow plows, they made good money this year. Well winter is not over yet here in New England, so we may be in for more snow yet before spring arrives. We have had a heavy wet snow storm the 5th of May sevreral years back that did a lot of damage, as all the leaves were out on the trees - the wet snow stuck to them and brought the trees down cutting off power in most towns. They had to call in work crews to restore the power lines from out of state. We were without power for a week or so in some areas.
Oh well we will take what comes and like it - I always say! I like New Enland - or I would not be living here.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks, It's me Bill,
I am still alive, many of you have called to ask! - There was not a lot to write about, as the Factory now puts up all the new pieces on their News Page. Also they have been sending most of you an Eamil with all the new one's attached.
Well - I just wanted to let you know we have all the New 2011 Valentine piece up for you to take a look at. Sorry to be so late - as this is - as you know the day!
Please just go to our Home Page - right under the Weekly Squeak logo you will find Valentine's Day. Just click on that to bring up the new photos.
I have shipped out all my Valentine orders last week and trust you have them by now. It was down to the wire - so to speak - getting them from the factory then shipping them all out.
On another note, we have been snowed under with (3) rather good snow storms this past few weeks. This has made our lives here in New England a little more exciting than usual!
Thanks for listening, Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
We have Annette's Great new creation for the 2010 Christmas Season! "The Elegant Hostess M-423 $295. Celebrates her 91st year! (I Just noticed I did not put the Number on my Photo!) Just click on the Christmas link just under Weekly Squeak from our Home Page.

The cake looks so real! The back is very intersting - so I quess you will need to buy (2) of them so you can show the back! Or put a small mirror to show the back. It comes in two versions - the table cloth is in red or green. I only had the red one to photograph. When I get a green one I will put those photos on also. Sorry for the delay.

I will ship them out a soon as they become available.
Thanks for listening Cheers! Bill Montague
P.S. It has been a good Wee Forest Folk seaso
Thanks for listening Cheers! Bill Montague
P.S. It has been a good Wee Forest Folk season. A little better than last year - so I believe the economy has turned around.
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
We have all the new Christmas 2010 photos on! - At long last! Sorry for the delay. Lyle come up with a new way to view the photos (5 views of each piece). We think this is faster and easier to use. Also each photo is larger than the way we did them before! (By the way you will need Java to view the photos) Some folks do not have Java so that will be a poroblem!
Go to our Home Page and under the Squeak photo just click on Christmas 2010 and the page will show up. Click on each photo to bring up the other views!
To change the photos - notice the arows in the lower right hand corner of each photo. Just click one of the arrows to change to another view - forward or back.
We welcome you comments!
The only piece missing is Annette's New one for this year M-423 "The Elegant Hostess." The factory tells me they expect to have some ready next week. I watched her working on it last week. I know you will like it as much as her Christmas piece last year "Oh My, A Christmas Present." I don't know about you - but I think she gets better and better each year!
By the way - I have (2) two of Willy's Clocks, they are both in Green. The price is $1,600. The factory is Sold Out! If you are interested let me know. We have a photo - just click here
Thanks for listening Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
The factory has just come out with (15) fifteen - that's righ fifteen new Christmas ones! You can see them all click hereThe most interisting one is M-430 Bustling with Baby $158. Some folks were calling it "Hush" because the factory sent emails to all the dealers only. They wanted to give us a head start on this one. It's limited to 600 pieces. Well I put in my order right away. Then within a couple of hours the Factory sent us another email - they are all sold out!
As of today I have (9) still available. So if you want one please let me know.
The Christmas Pedal Pusher M-270s2 are also sold out at the Factory. So I am also sold out of this one.
M-430 The Elegant Hostess $295. Is Annettes latest at age 91. As you can see it is beautiful! Annette just keeps getting better and better the older she gets. Which I take as a great sign! She has proven to us all that we can get better and better with age!
They have set a record for new Christmas pieces this year! I don't see a bad one amoung them. The are all popular!
I have been involved or bonded to the Petersen Family since 1977 when we first started selling Annette's creations.
In all this time I have been amazed at how they have grown in variety! What other collectible comes in such a diverse range of creations?
  I have a theory:
I belive their success is based on the three of them working together! I mean together, they do not compete with each other! We are all brought up to be competive! From school on up. We are all cometing for somethng.
You can see the variety in the Wee Forest Folk. I belive it's because each artist Annette, Willy, and Donna, help one another and also their work shows the influence of the others in each of their work. So if one person is creating a new sculpture - that person is being influenced by the other two. We have to give Annette credit for this kind of close resationship with her children!
So each artist has two other artists close at hand that influences that one person's work. Three artist per piece. Well - they may not think of it that way! But in effect this is what happens! As it turns out - it's such a good thing for them all!
Where else in the artistic field will you find this kind of a close relationship?
Usually it's one artist working alone. That one artist has only him or herself to guide them. Here you have a gudiance system of a total of (9) nine. Yes nine. Each of the (3) three has input from (2) two others. You have the artist themself, plus two others input comes to (3). So (3) times (3) comes to (9).
It's a different way to look at the unique Wee Forest Folk. I have not seen the variety of pices in any other collectible, and I have been selling collectibles for (35) thirty five years.
We will have the M-430 Busteling wiht Baby by November 26th the Facotry tells us. They are going fast. A word to the wise. So contact your local dealer if you want it.
As soon as we can get one of each to photograph you know we will have them up for you to see in greater detail.
Thanks for listening Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill, At long last we have all the (9) new Halloween photos for you to take a look at! click here. Lyle's done a great job on setting up my pages! Sure makes me look good!
I have already shipped out all of my first oders this week. It will be a week or two the Factory tells me before I can get more pices. I stil have orders to fill. With the Factory sending out Emails to all of you - this lets you get the jump on ordering! This year we are ahead of the game for Halloween it's over a month away!
The Town of Concord is celebrating it's 375th Birthday tomorrow - Saturday. The town was incorporated September 12, 1635. The first town settled inland away from the ocean.
We expect between 20, and 30,000. people to show up tomorrow!
There will be 95 Units marching in this giant parade, with more than 40 Floats. They expect the length of the parde to be more than 1-1/2 miles. I plan on taking my digital video camera to film the event. I am right down town right where the parade will pass by. So no point in opening up that day. There will be wall to wall people. The weather is expected to be fine! If I get any unsual shots we may be able to put up a page so you can get an idea of the event!
P.S. the Bookworm seems to be the most popular of the (9) nine pieces so far!
That's if for now! Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
It was my understanding that you could add (3) more pieces to the one we show on our photos, at no extra cost!
Well that's not the case! You can add (3) of your choice but you have to remove (3) that are shown before you can add your choices.
That's just the begining! You can only add certain pieces to dedicated ZONES!
Now this will give you some idea of just how difficult this process is! I went to the factory and they explained it to me in person. But some how I did not get the part where in order to add (3) at the same price of $200. you have to remove (3)
So far I am at a loss as how to proceed from here! On the Factory web site when you click on one of the Creature Comfort Photos - up comes a view of (4) rows of (25) twenty five animals. Now here is where I am lost! Only certain animals from certain rows can go on (8) specified Zones!
At this point folks I am unable to put this into words you will be able to understnad - smiply because I do not understand which ones can go where. So if I do not understand it - how can I explaine it to you.
I will ask the Factory to put the information up on their web page and explaine it to you.
Sorry to be so negative - I already have made (3) mistakes with these already!
At this point the best I can offer you - is - I will contact the Factory on Monday and have them put the information on their web site!
P.S. They have a link to Facebook! I clicked on that and got even more confused!
There is a breakdown in information! In my opinion -- this plan will only cause customers to be anoyed. But I could be wrong! I have been wrong before! Let's see what the factory comes up with!
That's if for now! Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
The Cabinets are starting to come though from the factory. No clocks yet - keep telling me next week.Summer made it all the way to Concord the past few weeks! We are having nice hot weather - like ever summer. We had a record rain fall in March I belive it was 28 inches or so. The Concord River was realy high. The North Bridge was flooded so you could not get across it. It peaked on April 2nd and I was lucky enough to take some photos that I have framed and sell in my galley.
I have also taken in some nice photo cards by 3 local photographer. I have been changing my products for walk in cusotmers. Also I have been working with several local artist and have their painting up in my gallery. Of course some sell better than others. I keep taking in new artists work ever 3 months or so.
As Bob and Ray use to say "Write if you get work." They were local Boston radio comedians we had here in Boston in the 50's and 60's.. They moved to New York and did not do so well.
That's if for now! Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
Lyle has put up the (4) new Wee Forest Folk creation photos for you to take a look at. Just click here.
You can also find the (4) new ones from the Home Page under Latest News!
Please read my Thursday July 15, 2010 News below. It describes what's involved in adding animals to the two Bed Pieces M-412a and M-412b. You can just buy them the way they show in the photos if you like. Most of my customer like them the way they are. But if you want to add pieces I will work with you on the them. The factory is more than happy to work with us on them. I have ordered two of them with (3) additional animals. You can add (3) for the same price. Each additional one after that is $20 each.
I have all (4) new pieces in stock! So order away! Your local dealer must have them all by now also.
That's if for now! Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
The Factory has just released 4 new pieces. You can find them on their web site under News. We will have our photos up as soon as possible.
There are (2) two new golfers - by Willy - that I am sure you will like as much as I do!
You will notice there are (2) bed pices called Creaure Comforts M-412a Girl and M-412b Boy. $200. each.
They come as shown with a Horse on M-412a Her Creature Comforts. T-Rex on the floor of M-412b His Creature Comforts.
For the same price you can also have (3) three other animals added at the Factory for no extra charge.
Now here is where it gets complicated!
There are (8) Zones where these animals can be placed They list all (8) Zones and only those animals listed in the appropriate Zones can be added into just those Zones.
The Factory tells me they are going to explaine it all on their Web Site.
I want to let you of just how complicated this is:
1. I counted (25) Twenty Five - very small animals to choose from. (Note some are repeated in the different rows.)
2. Zone 1 you have (4) animals to choose from and they can only be placed in that Zone - that is on the bed under the chin of the mouse.
3. Zone 2 is on the blanket at the foot of the bed. There are (17) to choose from.
4. Zones 3,4,5,6 & 7 are on the floor all around the bed. There are (17) to choose from
5. Zone 8 is attached to the rail at the head of the bed. Only (1) one to choose from here this is a Koala bear.
I almost forgot - you can add more pieces than the (3) they will be $20. each.
Oh yes - it will take (6 to 8) weeks for the retailer to recieive the order. Each order will have to be in writing or by photograph sent to the Facotry. Then it will several days to get it to you once we retailers get the piece in hand.
I am having a problem with this whole idea. I would rather not get into this variety of anmials in all these locations. But - I do not want to upset you - my customers that I have been selling to for more years than I can count.
I have a great respect for you all, and do not want to loose your business - I am sure you understand! So - if any of you want to follow through on this program - then I will do my best to work with you! Also Mae at the Factory offered to help us all by working with us all by photos via Eamil.
We will get the photos up on our site just as soon as we can.
It's allways a pleasure doing business with you all! Well actuall being from New England I should say "you's guys" instead.
As always - Thanks for listening! Bill Montague
I have sold all the clocks I had on order with the factory. So they are all sold out!
NOTE: If you are already on my Clock List - don't worry you will get yours!
I have changed my mind on putting up a Poetry Page. Sorry about that. You see I publish and sell my poems. On second thought if I put them all one my web site - why would any one want to buy them!
Rather - I decided I would just put some here on my news letter evey few days or so. This way you can read and print them out of you like. But as Lyle pointed out - in time they will disapear as I keep up dating.

Nothing new to report! Willy's clock is still not ready! They keep telling me another month.
We now have (1) Brown clock available. I have orders to fill for (8) Eight Brown Clocks and (2) green Clocks.
I just spoke to Lyle my page person and we will try to set up a Poetry Page perhaps tomorrow. I won't make and promises. I just wanted to let you know we are almost there as far as my Poetry Page is concerned. We will set it up so you can, if you like, print out the poems. That's it for now!
Of course I will have all my spellings errors built right in!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague.
Lyle has the clock photos up for you to check out!
Just click on one of clocks and you will be able to see all the views. As you can see the price is $1,600.
Lyle has set things up so you can go from one clock to the other.
The factory told me all the Green ones are sold! So there are only Brown ones left. I ordered (9) Brown and (2) Green. Both my green ones are sold. Six (6) of my Brown ones are sold. So I have (3) Brown Clocks available. I will keep you posted, here - as to how many I have left.
The clock comes with a small 120volt power supply. A small wire plugs into the back as you can see in (the back open photo) it has a switch to turn the light on and off.
One little trick I have used in displaying the one I have, - if you do not want to plug it in and turn on the light to light up the bottom - you can open the back small door them place it in front of a table lamp. The light goes in the open door and lights up the bottom display just fine.
The clocks will be shipped directly from the factory to you. I am sure the factory will do a great job on packing and shipping and get them to you without damage. If all us dealers had to pack and ship them you can imagine the porblems that would cause.
80 and sunny here in downtown Concord today!
We are still going to get up a Poetry Page. It will be linked from the Squeaker and the Main Page. sorry it's taking us so long!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague.
Nothing exciting - folks!
I just updated the number of Clocks I have for sale as of today (4) brown ones.
I have taken photos of the Clock. Lyle will put up a page when he can find the time. He does not have a lot on his Hands! (pun intended.) We will put a link from here to the Clock Page so you will not have to go back to our Home Page. Unless you want to.
We have photos of the (5) new pieces for you take a look at. click here Or go to our Home Page and right under the Little Guy in the chair you will see a link called Summer.
As usual - I have included a spellin' error, in one of my photos! See if you notice! If not - then we must be the same age! Well this way you know who's doing the ritin!
In addition there are 13 new colors out. Lyle just called - he has the New Colors Page up also! click here
Or right under the Summer page you will fine New Colors.
The new 2010 catalogs are out. I put one in each oder I ship. But if you like I can mail you one, just send me an Email!
Willy's Clock: The factory told me yesterday that all the Green ones are sold! So there are only the Brown ones left. I have ordered (9) Brown and (2) Green. Both my green ones are sold. Four (5) of my Brown ones are sold. So now I have (4) Brown Clocks available. I will keep you posted as to how many I have left.
I will try to get a Clock from the Factory to photograph this week. Then we will have a page of photos for you to look at.
Summer finally has come to Concord - Monday it was 93! That's unsuall for the first of May.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague.
P.S. In the past 6 months or so I have developed LTP (Letter Transpositon Problem) most of my spelling problems seem to be a transposition of two letters. I have even transposed the last two letters of Montague - Montageu. I am wondering if any of you folks have such a problem? If not - them perhpas I have created a whole new mental problem called - LTP! Or a finger memory problem!
The odd thing is - Lyle will call to tell me about a word I misspelled - I will look at it - and not see see the transposition it at all! Mabey it's just one of the fun things about getting up their in age!
Well the 2010 WFF catalog is at the printers! So we may see them by the end of next week or so. There will be (7) seven new pices, however the 7th pices will be delayed untill August 15, 2010 for Halloween. The new pices are shown on the WFF web site so take a look on their Wee Forest Folk News page. There is a Mouse Mug from Stoke-on-Trent in Engalnd $28.00
More good news: Willy has finished his Clock it is $1,600. and was on the 2009 catalog you will remember. It will come in (2) colors brown and green - click on the clock and you will see the green version.
Willy has made a small display cabinet it's size is 11" wide x 14" to the top, the depth is 6 - 1/2" however there is a wire that plugs in the back that takes up another 1 - 1/2" so if it's against a wall it will stick out 8 - 1/2", Inside it's 9 - 3/4" wide and 8" top to bottom. There is a stepped platform that is removable. It's curved in the back, as Willy has drawn up a summer backdrop. This backdrop can be removed as well as the stepped platform. This first one is Summer and the platform is a grassy green.
I will take several shots of it so you will see it in detail. The price will be very reasonable - $ 260. They will offer other backdrops for $38.00 that will include another base as well as the backdrop, like for Halloween and White for winter I belive. By the way it has a row of 15 LED lights inside along the top that lights it up very evenly and nice. As you know LED's last forever and a day.
As soon as I can, I will take the photos and we will put up a page so you will be able to see the Cabinet from many different views - as always. I think you are going to like it a lot. Especailly if you like to display your pieces by season, as many of you do.
Well that's all the news from Downtown Concord, Massachusetts, fit to print! I will put photos of all the new pieces on as soon as I can get at least one of each.
I have already started taking orders on all the new pieces!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague.
Remember - all spellin erors and other mistakes are all mine!
We have the new EASTER pieces for you to take a look at. Well we are a (2) days late and a $2.00 short but - long last there up. I trust you will like Willy's latest creations. If you go to our Home Page - just under the little guy in the chair, you will find Spring at the top, then just under that click on "Easter" and the page of the new Easter ones will show up or just click here.
Just below those, on the same page, you will find 2009 Easter Realeases: I have them all in stock.
P. S. I have some poems ready to put on a new Poetry Page. So as soon as good ol' Lyle gets me set up ( I an lost without him!) - I will start putting on some of my poems! They will be in jpg format - in other words phots - so if you want - you can just print them out like any other photo.
Happy Easter to you all - or ya'll depending where in our great nation you live. Enjoy!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague.
I have the new pieces and we will have them up on our site soon. Ya what's soon? Well by Monday for sure. Sorry for the delay. I got my first shippment in and shipped them all out without saving one to photograph. We that's what happens when you turn 77 as I did today. So I will use that as an excuse, hope it works?
There are (4) new pieces by Willy. The other (2) are by Donna. As you can see Donna just added some chicks to her"Molly's Choice" and made it into an Easter piece. Her Easter Eggmobile is a new color.
Willy comes through again with (4) four new pieces. Don't know how he does it? Sorry for the delay in getting the photos up for you to take a look at. I trust we will have them up by Monday - that's next Monday! I know you have to wonder about me - Monday - What Monday - could be a week away!
Well any way Happy Spring! I know I spelled Palyful wrong. This way you know I am doing my own writing. I am to lazy to go back and shoot all (5) photos over just for one small transposition error. I find myseld doing that a lot latley. Happy Spring! It's here now! Not something we have to look foward to! So Enjoy!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill MontagueHi Folks it's me Bill,
We have a photo from the Factory of (5) five new pieces!
If you click on the photo it will bring up a larger picture. I do not have them to photograph yet.
I just spoke with the Factory - they said it would be a week or so before I can get one of each to phtograph.
We will keep you posted when that happens of course!
I am taking orders. So if you would like to get on my "Back-Order List" send me an Email or just give me a call at: (978) 287-4800.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
Two (2) new pieces are up for viewing M-406 Wee Leprechaun $86.00 by Willy. And M-407 A Playful Breeze $ 79. by Annette. This one comes in two colors a tan dress, or a yellow dress.
To see them just go back to our Home Page - it's the colum to the left just under the Little Guy in the chair! You will see St. Patrick's Day and under that Spring. That's were we have Annette's new M-407 A Palyful Breeze. ( Well ok Playful!)
Latley when typing I find myself transposing letters as I type. That's what happend here. I don't know if that's a "Sign" of something or not? Perhaps someone can tell me. Also when I read things over I miss the transpositon. It has not happend with numbers yet. If it does I'm going to be in trouble.
One lady wrote me to say she is interested in my poem page that I have been talking about. So as soon as Lyle can teach me the ropes - we wil have a "Poetry Page."
That's about it for now.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague

I have shipped some already! The factory sent out Emails to some folk who are on their mailing list, so they got a jump on things.
I would guess, most of you will wait to see the photos.
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague P.S. No one edits my work. So all spelling errors and omissions belong to me!
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
Nothing new to report on Wee Forest Folk yet. Getting so I will have to make something up.
Well not realted to WFF. I was considering puting up a Poem Page. I have had poems come to me from the Universe you might say for over 10 years now. I have a couple of books that I self publish and sell here in my Gallery. The thougt came to be the other day that perhaps my collectors would be interested in some of them. We could put up a POEM page linked from our Home Page. I could add a few poems as time permits.
So whad-ya think? !
Thanks for listening! Cheer
Hi Folks it's me Bill,
As you all know by now there were 21 Wee Forest Folk discontinued on Sunday night at 10:00 p.m.
The biggest surprise was MS-28 Bunny Slope Buddies being let go! It was only just new last Christmas. Oh well! I have ordered 10 more that I can pick up today - but so far 7 are sold. I will get a couple of MU-2 and MU-3 also. The rest I have not tried to get as they were not big sellers.
The factory says they will be sending out some post cards soon with some new pieces, I belive, for Easter. No word yet on Willy's Clock!
Thanks for listening! Cheers! Bill Montague
